The EMME Group offers several services involving- transportation and logistics, truck sales and after sales, security, realty trading, and environmental sustainability.

Marinette Y. Aglipay
Chairman
Marinette Y. Aglipay serves as Chairman of EMME Logistics and Trading Company, a transportation and logistics enterprise she helped establish alongside her husband, former PNP Chief Gen. Edgar B. Aglipay (Ret.). Through her leadership in business, she has contributed to the growth of logistics and trading services while promoting excellence and innovation in the industry.
She is also a respected autism advocate and one of the founding members of the Autism Society Philippines (ASP), a pioneering organization established in 1989 to support individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Inspired by her family’s personal experience with autism, she joined ten other mothers in creating a support network that has since grown into the country’s leading autism advocacy organization.

Emmeline Y. Aglipay-Villar
Vice Chairman
Emmeline “Em” Villar is the Vice Chairman of EMME Logistics Systems Corporation, where she plays a key role in guiding the organization’s strategic direction and initiatives, particularly in areas related to social development and inclusive growth. She is also a Filipino public servant, advocate, and development leader known for her work in social welfare, disability inclusion, and health advocacy.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from De La Salle University and later completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Philippines and her master of laws at London School of Economics of Political Science, equipping her with a strong foundation in both policy and legal frameworks.
She co-founded the Hope for Lupus Foundation in 2016, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and supporting individuals living with lupus in the Philippines. She also served as Director of the Project Inclusion Network, a non-profit initiative focused on expanding employment and life opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), promoting greater inclusion in both public and private sectors.
