Our Story
History and Major Milestones
The first company under the EMME Group of companies was the Holy Traders and Forwarders (currently EMME Logistics Systems Corporation), which was established on June 7, 1975, by the then newlyweds Lieutenant Edgar and Mrs. Marinette Aglipay. Holy Traders and Forwarders started with only two trucks and its first client was Northern Cement Corporation. It steadily grew; adding trucks and clients as the years passed by.
In 1984, Holy Traders and Forwarders was incorporated as EMME Transport Facilities Corporation (ETFC) and established its first garage. As the ETFC continually grew, Subic Transport Facilities Corporation (STFC) was established, providing hauling services. By 2004, EFTC and STFC were merged and named EMME Subic Transport Corporation (ESTC). And by 2023, to reflect the company’s expanding range of services, ESTC was renamed EMME Logistics Systems Corporation (ELSC).
