EMME Environmental Solutions, Inc. (EESI) is an emerging renewable energy company established in 2017, dedicated to providing sustainable energy solutions through solar farms, onshore wind facilities, and run-of-river hydro technologies.
EESI operates as part of the EMME Group of Companies, a leading conglomerate with extensive interests in trucking, freight, transportation, logistics, security services, and, most recently, renewable energy investments. The Board of the Company was previously chaired by PDGen Edgar B. Aglipay (Ret), who is now succeeded by his wife, Ms. Marinette Yan Aglipay.

IP Ventures Management, Ltd. (IPVML)
EESI entered a joint venture partnership with IPVML under a signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) covering the development of the following projects:
- 95 MW Lal-lo Solar Power Project
- 150 MW Cagayan Wind Power Project
IPVML is a venture capital investment and holdings company with extensive investments in the fields of technology, logistics & warehousing, telecommunication infrastructure, healthcare & vaccine importation, and food & beverage. Led by Founder and CEO Enrique Y. González, IPVML brings strategic capital and multidisciplinary expertise that provide critical support in project financing, permitting, and scaling. This partnership positions these projects for accelerated development as they progress through permitting and pre-construction stages.
Jetpro Technology, Inc. (JTI)
For the 7.7 MW MARIIS Hydrokinetic Power Project, EESI has partnered with Jetpro Technology, Inc. (JTI), a dynamic company specializing in the manufacturing of wind turbines, hydro turbines, ocean wave energy converters, solar thermal systems, and energy-saving products. With a vision for a greener tomorrow, Jetpro harnesses nature’s power to create efficient and eco-friendly solutions.
JTI is led by former National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) engineer, Prof. Shih Chen, who is the chief designer of the proprietary hydrokinetic system intended for deployment at MARIIS. Although no units have yet been deployed, this partnership provides EESI with access to cutting-edge technology and potential funders to support the modular and scalable development of the project towards its full 200 MW vision.

95 MW Lal-lo
Solar Power Project

The 95 MW Lal-lo Solar Power Project is a utility-scale photovoltaic development located in Lal-lo, Cagayan, designed to generate clean and reliable electricity for the Luzon grid. The project is being undertaken in partnership with IP Ventures Management Ltd. under GM Energy Construction Philippines, Inc., and is covered by a Solar Energy Operating Contract (SEOC) issued by the Department of Energy. The project is currently in the pre-development phase.
150 MW Cagayan
Wind Power Project

The 150 MW Cagayan Wind Power Project is an onshore wind facility located along the foreshore lands of Aparri, Buguey, and Gonzaga in Cagayan, designed to harness the region’s favorable wind conditions and deliver sustainable energy while supporting local economic growth. The project is being developed in partnership with IP Ventures Management Ltd. under Northstar Wind Corporation and is covered by a Wind Energy Service Contract (WESC) issued by the Department of Energy. The project is currently in the pre-development phase.
1,500 MW Northern Cagayan
Wind Power Project

The 1,500 MW Northern Cagayan Wind Power Project is one of the largest planned wind developments in Northern Luzon, spanning Sta. Praxedes, Claveria, Sanchez-Mira, Pamplona, and Abulug in Cagayan, as well as Calanasan, Apayao. The project is designed to significantly increase renewable energy capacity and position Northern Cagayan as a hub for sustainable energy. EESI is pursuing a Wind Energy Service Contract (WESC) with the Department of Energy and has secured the Certificate of Authority (COA) as of April 16, 2025. The initiative covers approximately 80 kilometers of foreshore lands across the project sites.
7.7 MW MARIIS
Hydrokinetic Power Project

The MARIIS Hydrokinetic Project is a pioneering renewable energy initiative that aims to utilize hydrokinetic turbines installed along irrigation canals to generate 7.7 MW of clean power. The first phase is planned along the Magat River Integrated Irrigation System (MARIIS) canals in Ramon, Isabela, harnessing river currents. The project is being planned in partnership with Jetprotech, Inc. of Taiwan and represents the initial stage of a proposed 200 MW full-scale hydrokinetic development, currently in the process of securing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the National Irrigation Administration (NIA).
